Audiowall were pleased to supply a complete live stage for the Fast Car Festival at Donington Park with headline acts Toploader and DJ Pied Piper.
Audiowall suplied an 8m x 6m Arc roof with LiteDeck stage. In addition to the main stage structure we also installed pit barrier and a 5m x 3m front-of-house structure. The event site was on hard standing, therefore we also supplied cable ramp to cover the multicore and power cables between front-of-house and stage.
Lighting designer Rob Millard operated the show with a Chamsys PC wing. The rig consisted of Chauvet Spot LED 350 and Beam LED 350 moving heads. We also had Showtec Sunstrips and LED battens, Martin Atomic strobes and Lanta Quad LED parcans.
We deployed the Inspired Audio Optima 5 mini line array supported by Optima B215 and reFlex218 sub-woofers for front-of-house coverage. On stage the bands enjoyed our four-way Martin Audio LE700 stage monitor system. We also supplied Blackline S15 and F12 for drum-fill duties. Headlining the day was Toploader who were also using in-ear-monitors.
The equipment supplied for the DJ’s was Pioneer CDJ-2000 Nexus 2 and DJM-900 Nexus 2
We supplied Sennheiser wireless microphones for the celebrity presenters on the stage throughout the day. This included former co-presenter of Top Gear and Fifth Gear, British racing driver Timothy “Tiff” Needel.
